As you probably know, it's important to keep your site fresh and up-to-date. Otherwise, there's no reason for visitors to return. In addition, it's a good idea to regularly check the site to be sure all pages are loading and links are working.

Here are three options for maintaining your site:

1. Maintain it in-house. If you have someone in your organization who is fairly computer savvy, he or she will be able to perform most of the regular updates. It's not necessary for this person to know html coding. Extensive site changes (navigation expansions, etc.) may require outside assistance, and we're always available to help.
   
   1. One option is Adobe Contribute software; it's easy to learn and very user-friendly. Creative Group can train your staff on Contribute in your office; please contact Laurie McDonald for more information.
      
   2. Or, instead of using Contribute, we can build an Administration Area that will allow you to update the site. The advantage to this system is that you can make site updates remotely, from any computer, over the web (even while on vacation).
       
2. Creative Group can maintain your site, as needed, on an hourly basis. Just e-mail your site revisions to us, we'll make the changes promptly and notify you when the updates are complete.
   
   
3. You may want to take advantage of our WebManager Package; Creative Group performs all of your site updates and maintenance for a fixed quarterly fee, at a reduced hourly rate.

For example, a package containing 3 hours of our time per quarterly billing period is just $240.00 per quarter, or $80.00/month. (Since we would be reserving our time for you at a discounted rate, any unused time cannot be carried over to the next billing period.) But we can always adjust the "package time" to fit your needs.
