Q. Do I need to continue the program indefinitely?
A. No. We do require a a 3-month agreement that begins on your Inception Date (the first business day of the month following the uploading of your revised site pages). The reason for this 3-month minimum is to give the site optimization process time to work; search engines sometimes take several weeks to revisit and re-rank your site. And since we do not charge a setup fee for the TopRankings Program, we need a reasonable period of time to show results and earn our fees.

After the required 3 months have passed, you’re free to cancel the program at any time. But keep in mind, your competitors probably have search engine optimization specialists like Creative Group working to keep their site ranked high, and if possible, above yours. So if you decide to cancel, we recommend assigning someone in your organization the responsibility to check your rankings at least once a month, to see if your site begins to drop. If it does, it's probably time to contact us and make some additional site changes to regain your higher rankings.

Q. What if my site ranks on page 3 on the day you check it, but falls to page 4 or lower later that month—do I still have to pay?
A. Site rankings change, and this could certainly happen. But early in the process, it's more likely to happen in reverse— your site could rank on the fifth page on the day we check, then the next day move up to the second page for the rest of that month! In that case, since the site wasn't listed on the first 3 pages on the first business day that month, you would receive almost an entire month of great site visibility for free! In order to make the program manageable, we've decided that checking search results once per month, on the first business day, is fair to everyone.

Q. When do you bill me?
A. If, on the first business day of the month, your site is listed on Pages 1, 2 or 3 on the specified search engines, for the selected search phrases, we will send an invoice for the agreed-upon fees for that month.
