Jeff is a Western Michigan University graduate, with a B.S. degree in Engineering. He worked for an automotive and aircraft service equipment manufacturer before founding Laser Graphics in 1988 (renamed Creative Group in the early 1990s).

His business experience includes graphic design, direct mail, marketing, engineering, purchasing, operations, and most importantly, customer service.

Jeff focuses on Creative Group's marketing, plus logo design, web design and search engine optimization for our clients.

Laurie graduated from Western Michigan University with a Marketing degree, and joined Creative Group in 1990. She has 20 years experience in print design, marketing and customer service.

Laurie is our senior web designer, and has been instrumental in every website we've developed. Her responsibilities also include maintaining many of our clients' sites, and scheduling Creative Group's workflow.

Sally Pearson is a graduate of Nazareth College, graduating with a B.B.A. and a minor in marketing.

She began her graphic design career over 20 years ago and has freelanced for several Kalamazoo companies and non-profits.

Sally is the former owner of Write Now! — a writing and designing company.
