Jeff is a Western Michigan University graduate, with a B.S. degree in Engineering. He worked for an automotive and aircraft service equipment manufacturer before founding Creative Group in 1988.
His business experience includes graphic design, direct mail, marketing, engineering, purchasing, operations, and most importantly, customer service.
Jeff helps our clients with website design, search engine optimization (SEO), marketing, corporate identity, consulting and more.

Laurie graduated from Western Michigan University with a Marketing degree, and joined Creative Group in 1990. She has 20 years experience in print design, marketing and customer service.
Laurie is our senior web designer, and has been instrumental in every website we've developed. Her responsibilities also include maintaining many of our clients' sites, and scheduling Creative Group's workflow. |

Craig is a graduate of Kalamazoo Valley Community College, with a major in Web Design, and has also attended Western Michigan University to study business.
He specializes in website design, Wordpress and Joomla development, search engine optimization (SEO), and inbound link building. |
